Villa Ananda is a new, contemporary, Balinese-style luxury home overlooking the Pacific Ocean with breathtaking ocean, rainforest, and sunset views.
The Villa offers the perfect blend of peaceful, luxurious and contemporary surroundings with an infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This elegant residence is furnished with unique pieces from both local and international artisans chosen to bring serenity, relaxation, and inspiration. The covered outdoor living and dining spaces seamlessly flow into the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and indoor living area, all with breathtaking views, to create a light, airy, and peaceful space where you can enjoy the ocean and jungle views and sounds. Modern conveniences include high speed internet and cable TV.
The villa has 2 spacious master bedroom suites with king beds, views from every vantage point and private balcony space. The master suites have en suite bathrooms with Bali-style stone vanities and walk-in indoor/outdoor showers. The third bedroom has a jungle view with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is our fully air-conditioned private one-bedroom studio with a queen bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, living, dining and kitchenette. All bedrooms are air conditioned. For families with young children, the villa may not be appropriate for children under age 5.
The Bali-inspired Yoga Shala on the property is available for yoga, meditation and other mind-body-spirit practices. A private yoga instructor is available upon request.
Villa Ananda is an easy 1 minute drive from the Costanera Highway on a well-maintained road. We are situated mid-way between Uvita & Ojochal (approx. 5 miles to each) and 27 miles south of Dominical, with excellent swimming, beachcombing, and surfing beaches along the way. We recommend a 4-wheel drive SUV for getting around the area.
In addition to regular cleaning to prepare for your arrival, we are disinfecting all hard surfaces including all door/cabinet/appliance handles, light switches, dining table, counters and floors.

The Casita
Our 700 sq. ft. one bedroom, one bathroom casita with indoor/outdoor walk-in shower and is own living, dining and kitchenette areas is perfect for the couple or family members who prefer additional privacy. The casita is air-conditioned and fully enclosed, and can be opened for an open air, tropical feel. The casita is located only a few steps from the Main House and yet offers a quiet and peaceful space to truly relax in an intimate setting.
