Scuba Diving and Snorkeling

This is an expedition to one of the best spots for undersea water life lovers in Costa Rica. Caño Island offers its visitors an amazing symphony of colorful coral reefs and fish. Manta rays and White tip sharks are species commonly sighted along with dolphins and whales during the season.

You’ll take a boat down the Sierpe River passing through the largest conservation area of mangrove swamps in Central America, which is considered as RAMSAR site (one of the most important habitats in the world). While enjoying your boat trip, be sure to keep your eyes open to see the crocodiles, snakes, monkeys and water birds, these animals are frequently sighted throughout the area.

Cost for Snorkeling: $100.00 per adult and $50.00 per child over 10 (from Sierpe)
