Corcovado National Park
National Geographic has called the Corcovado National Park the most biologically intense location in the world, and it is estimated that no other place in the world (with a similar area) has a greater biological diversity.
Corcovado National Park is a tropical site of 52,000 hectares, with primary and secondary forests, beaches and spring waterfalls.
In this park you can observe more than a hundred different types of birds and other animals in their own habitat, such as three-toed and two-toed sloths, coatis, tapirs, anteaters, dart frogs (poisonous and Talamanca), white-faced monkeys, howler monkeys and an endangered species: the spider monkey.
You can choose the tour to the San Pedrillo Ranger Station or the tour to the Sirena Ranger Station. During the tour you might well spot whales and dolphins (if in season).
Duration of tour: All day. Starts at 8am and ends at 4:30pm.
Includes: Water transportation, whale search and entrance fees to the ranger stations, bilingual guide, lunch and drinks, fruits and tour through the different trails.
